ELPAC: 2025–26 Summative ELPAC Administration and Scoring Moodle Training Site Now Open

Dear LEA ELPAC Coordinator:

This is a reminder that the 2025–26 Summative ELPAC Moodle Training Site (Moodle) opens today, October 20, 2025.

The LEA ELPAC coordinator must log on to the Administration and Scoring Training (AST) website and select the [Summative Moodle Training Site] button to access the Moodle enrollment keys. The following access code is needed:

• Access code for [District]: [passcode](This is not the Moodle key.)

As a coordinator, you need to take the following steps:

1. Complete the appropriate LEA certification course by Monday, December 8, 2025.
   • For LEAs with K–12 students: Summative ELPAC LEA Certification (K–12)
   • For LEAs with grades six through twelve students: Summative ELPAC LEA Certification (Grades 6–12)
2. Give trainers and test examiners the appropriate enrollment key(s).
3. Ensure that all test examiners have a Moodle account. (User accounts from previous administrations are still active.)
4. Request reporting access on the AST website for up to three trainers.
5. Ensure test examiners know which grade level or grade span Speaking calibration section they should complete in the test examiner course.
6. Verify that test examiners have completed calibration by obtaining the completion certificate from each test examiner or by verifying in Moodle, after requesting reporting access.

Test Examiner Speaking Calibration Certificate

• Responsibility: LEA ELPAC coordinator, or a designee, to oversee calibration progress and completion
• Annual Calibration: Required for new and experienced test examiners
  • Test examiners need only calibrate for the grade levels or grade spans they are administering and scoring.
• Certificate: Available upon successful completion of calibration

District Trainer Moodle Account and Reporting Access

To gain reporting access and view test examiner progress through the Speaking calibration, the LEA ELPAC coordinator must submit the names and email addresses of the LEA ELPAC trainers responsible for monitoring by completing the following steps:

1. Log on to the AST website.
2. Select the [Summative Moodle Training Site] button.
3. Complete the “LEA Trainer Reporting Access—Summative” section.
   1. Each LEA may provide reporting access for up to three trainers.

Form Assignments

Form assignments for the 2025–26 Summative ELPAC administration are available on the Summative ELPAC Form Assignments web page. Use the lookup tool to search for an LEA to find out which form number the LEA has been assigned.
