Local educational agencies (LEAs) must provide a purchase order for any service prior to the materials being delivered.
Personalized Video SSRs
Two personalized video Student Score Reports (SSRs) are available to purchase for the 2025–26 test administration. Videos are available in English, Spanish, Mandarin, and Vietnamese for the 2025–26 test administration. Additional languages are available with translated subtitles in Arabic, Farsi, Punjabi, Russian, and Tagalog. The price includes both English and translated versions of the video for students whose primary language is one of the available languages. Rescoring
Requests to have a student’s hand scored responses rescored can be made by contacting the assigned LEA Success Agent. The LEA must provide the following required data:
- Statewide Student Identifier (SSID)
- School name and code, and LEA information
- Content area(s) to be rescored
To have the rescore included in the end-of-year state assessment reporting, the rescore request must be made by the request deadline. If the rescore results in a higher score for the student, the LEA will not be charged for the rescore. If there is a change in score, the student will receive a new SSR.

Rescore requests will be accepted through August 15. A new SSR will still be generated for the student if there is a change in score; however, the rescores will not be included in the end-of-year Student Score Data File.
Duplicate Files
Special handling charges apply to requests for a duplicate PDF file of all electronic SSRs or a copy of the Student Score Data File. Each administration is a unit for costing purposes.

Summative ELPAC Excess Materials Orders
At the end of each test administration year, ETS may charge LEAs if significantly more paper materials were ordered than needed on the basis of the difference between Answer Books ordered versus Answer Books returned for scoring.

Expedited Shipping

Reprints of ELPAC Pre-ID Labels
ETS sends Pre-ID labels for use with both the Rotating Score Validation Process (RSVP) for the Initial ELPAC and for returning K–2 Writing Answer Books. If an LEA misplaces these labels, a duplicate set of labels can be requested from the assigned LEA Success Agent.
