Local educational agencies (LEAs) must provide a purchase order for any service prior to the materials being delivered.
Personalized Video SSRs
Two personalized video Student Score Reports (SSRs) are available to purchase for the 2023–24 test administration. Videos are available in English and Spanish only for 2023–24. Other languages will be added for future test administrations. The price includes both English and Spanish versions of the video for students whose primary language is Spanish. Rescoring
Requests to have a student’s hand-scored responses rescored can be made by contacting the assigned LEA Success Agent. The LEA must provide the following required data:
- SSID—Statewide Student Identifier
- School name and code, and LEA information
- Content area(s) to be rescored
Note that a request for rescoring may be made for the hand-scored responses only. All requests to rescore a student response must be made by August 15.

If the rescore results in a higher score for the student, the LEA will not be charged for the rescore. If there is a change in score, the student will receive a new SSR.
Smarter Balanced rescore requests received by July 19—included in the final end-of-year student score data file.
Summative ELPAC rescore requests received by June 30—included in the final end-of-year student score data file.
Requests received after the respective deadlines through August 15—not included in the final end-of-year student score data file. However, a new SSR will still be generated for the student if there is a change in score.
Duplicate Files
Special handling charges apply to requests for a duplicate PDF file of all electronic SSRs or a copy of the Student Score Data File. Each administration is a unit for costing purposes.

Summative ELPAC Excess Materials Orders
At the end of each testing year, ETS will invoice for excess materials ordered during the primary and supplemental ordering windows. Calculation—the difference between Answer Books ordered versus Answer Books returned for scoring.

Reprints of Pre-ID Labels
ETS sends Pre-ID labels for use with both the Rotating Score Validation Process (RSVP) for the Initial ELPAC and for returning K–2 Writing Answer Books. If an LEA misplaces these labels, ETS can provide a new set of labels for the cost of printing and shipping.
