CAASPP and ELPAC: System Downtime Reminder

Dear LEA CAASPP Coordinator or LEA ELPAC Coordinator:

Various CAASPP and ELPAC systems will be unavailable from Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 5 p.m. to Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 8 a.m. for a scheduled downtime. During this downtime, the following CAASPP and ELPAC systems will not be available:

• Test Delivery System
• Test Administrator Interface
• Completion Status system
• Data Entry Interface

In addition, the Test Operations Management System will be unavailable from Friday, January 10, 2025, at 5 p.m. to Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 8 a.m. for a scheduled downtime.

Additional information about the impacted systems and other scheduled downtimes is available on the System Downtime Schedule web page. Please notify all CAASPP test site coordinators and site ELPAC coordinators within the LEA of the upcoming downtime.
