To announce to LEA ELPAC coordinators the Summative ELPAC AST Overview and Q&A Session

Dear LEA ELPAC Coordinator:

The Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) will hold a Summative ELPAC Administration and Scoring Training (AST) Overview and Q&A Session via Zoom on October 28, 2024, from 3 to 4 p.m. for LEA ELPAC coordinators and lead trainers. During this session, SCOE will answer test administration and scoring questions for the Summative ELPAC. Register now for the Q&A Session. The registration link can also be accessed within the Moodle Training Site (Moodle).

It is recommended that LEA ELPAC coordinators send all LEA staff responsible for general ELPAC training, especially any new trainers, to this session. A recording of the Zoom session will be available approximately one week after the session in the Trainer's Resources course in Moodle.

This question and answer session will help trainers review all the training materials available in Moodle. LEA ELPAC coordinators and trainers will have the opportunity to ask questions during the session.

Be sure to give the LEA ELPAC trainers the Trainer and Examiner Moodle keys prior to this question and answer session. To allow the LEA ELPAC trainers reporting access in Moodle, you can request access in the AST website before the session, if desired.
