Dear CALPADS Administrator and Other LEA Staff:

With so much student data transferred between CALPADS and the Test Operations Management System (TOMS), it is important to ensure that all systems have accurate data for upcoming CAASPP and ELPAC test administrations. With that in mind, LEA CALPADS administrators and assessment coordinators are invited to meet with the California Department of Education (CDE) and ETS to discuss how work in a single system can affect other systems.

The CALPADS and Assessments Webinar is hosted by the CDE Assessment Development and Administration Division and the CALPADS Office, along with ETS. Webinar and registration information is as follows:

• How CALPADS and TOMS work together
• How CALPADS administrators and testing coordinators can collaborate to ensure student data is entered correctly
