Throughout the 2024–25 test administration year, various CAASPP and ELPAC systems will experience the following scheduled downtimes:

| Friday, September 13, 2024, 5 p.m. | Tuesday, September 17, 2024, 8 a.m. |
| Thursday, January 9, 2025, 5 p.m. | Tuesday, January 14, 2025, 8 a.m. |
| Friday, April 11, 2025, 5 p.m. | Monday, April 14, 2025, 8 a.m. |
Additional information about impacted systems and other scheduled downtimes is available on the CAASPP Planned System Downtime web page and ELPAC Planned System Downtime web page. Select a downtime date displayed on the calendar to view which system(s) will be inactive. The web pages also include scheduled weekend maintenance downtimes, which are used for periodic systems maintenance.
