Administration of the Computer Based Initial ELPAC for 2024–25
ELPAC email update, April 15, 2024
Dear LEA ELPAC Coordinator:
The computer-based 2024–25 Initial ELPAC administration begins on July 3, 2024, and ends on June 30, 2025. New test materials (Form 1 and Form 2) that include embedded field test items will be introduced for the 2024–25 Initial ELPAC administration. At this time, all LEAs need to take the following actions:
- Order new Writing domain Answer Books for kindergarten through grade two through TOMS.
- LEAs assigned to forms 1 or 2 will automatically receive assigned forms within their primary or supplemental orders
- Securely destroy previous year materials, which can no longer be used, by July 15, 2024.
- Please note, an email will be sent out in late May with a survey for certifying destruction of secure test materials.
The following are the Initial ELPAC test materials ordering window dates:
