Dear LEA ELPAC Coordinator:

The following is information for the Initial ELPAC Administration and Scoring Training (AST) Overview and Q&A session by the Sacramento County Office of Education.

Event: Initial ELPAC AST Overview and Q&A

Date and Time: May 5, 2026, from 3 to 4 p.m.

Platform: Zoom

Purpose:

• Introduce updates to the Initial ELPAC
• Answer test administration and scoring questions

Recommendations:

• Send all LEA staff responsible for general ELPAC training, especially new trainers.
• Provide LEA ELPAC trainers with the Trainer and Examiner Moodle keys before the session.

Registration:

• Register for the Initial ELPAC AST Overview and Q&A
• The Zoom registration link is also available on the Moodle Training Site (Moodle).
• Note that the recording of the session will be available in the Speaking and Writing Trainer’s Resources courses in Moodle approximately one week after the session.
