Tier 1 Audit Questions for ELPAC Coordinators
These questions are intended to guide all local educational agency (LEA) security protocols throughout the year. Coordinators of LEAs selected for a Tier 1 audit should preview these questions prior to completing the online Tier 1 Audit Survey. Questions with an asterisk are required.

An LEA ELPAC coordinator has completed Moodle Training Site (Moodle) training for the LEA or secured a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with another LEA prior to any of the ELPAC being administered in my LEA. *
