Initial ELPAC Form Assignments

2025–26 Administration Year

The Initial ELPAC has one test form for the 2025–26 administration.

DFA Information

Students in Kindergarten, Grade One, and Grade Two

  • Computer-based braille is available for students with visual impairments. There are DFAs available for students with visual impairments in kindergarten through grade two. These DFAs are specific to the braille computer-based assessment. Note, too, that there are braille K–2 Writing test materials available. These materials can be ordered through TOMS.
  • PDF versions of the Teacher Answer Book and Student Writing Response Sheet are available in TOMS and must be used if administering the Initial ELPAC remotely.

Students in Grades Three through Twelve

  • For students with visual impairments in grades three through twelve, the test examiner will need to download the appropriate grade-level DFA(s) indicated for students with visual impairments requiring braille. These DFAs are specific to the braille computer-based assessment.

Students Who Move LEAs

  • A student who started and did not finish a domain at the previous LEA will complete the domain using the form assigned to the previous LEA.
  • A student who did not start a domain or who has completed a domain will complete all other domains using the form assigned to the new LEA.
